The 144Hz should need the DVI-D dual link hence the blurriness. I know before i had 120-144hz screen but i cant find the drivers anywhere for it. I dont know what problem iam facing and how to fix it.

Try to set the 144Hz to a 120Hz. Now with a far more powerful graphics card Im only getting 1280x1024 60 Hz. And somehow im stuck on 60hz generic pnp monitor.

Then I suspect your laptop doesnt have a 144Hz panel go to Device Manager expand Monitors right click Generic PnP monitor and select Properties move to Details tab and select Hardware IDs with the dropdown arrow and post the number shown in Value window like in my snip. The section for monitors just says Generic PnP Monitor.

If my 60hz monitor is not set as my main display I cant change the hz it can only stay 60hz even if i downgrade to 120hz cant change it. Right click on Desktop--Display settings only shows 60hz in the Advanced menu. More than likely you are missing the applicable graphics driver for your notebook.

I have downloaded the drive thru Dell website and it found that no Dell model monitors detected.
